In January 2017, Oxford University Press will publish a paperback version of my new book, United States Law and Policy on Transitional Justice: Principles, Politics, and Pragmatics, the hardback version of which was published in April 2016. The paperback version will contain a new Afterword I wrote that discusses developments since the hardback went to press, considers the ongoing case of Syria, and proposes future research.
