Article 331: Failure to Render Aid to Person Injured in Traffic Accident

(1) A driver of a motor vehicle or another means of transportation who fails to render aid to a person injured by that means of transportation or whose injuries were caused by the respective driver, shall be fined or sentenced with up to one year in prison.

(2) If a grievous bodily injury or death of the injured person by criminal offense from Paragraph 1 of this Article, the perpetrator shall be sentenced with three months to three years in prison.
